These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of NZ SPHERE and the purchase of advertising spaces through the NZ SPHERE website.
1. NZ SPHERE
NZ SPHERE is a digital advertising platform where businesses and organisations can purchase advertising spaces displayed within the NZ SPHERE digital sphere.
2. Advertising spaces
Advertising spaces are sold at the price displayed on the NZ SPHERE website at the time of purchase.
Purchasing one or more spaces gives the purchaser the right to have an approved business listing or advertising content associated with those spaces, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The availability and placement of spaces are determined by NZ SPHERE.
3. Business information
Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to NZ SPHERE is accurate, current and lawful.
This may include business names, contact details, website addresses, descriptions, logos and other advertising material.
By submitting material for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.
4. Advertising content
NZ SPHERE reserves the right to refuse, remove or request changes to advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, offensive or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.
NZ SPHERE may also remove content where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or the integrity of the platform.

NZ SPHERE will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Technical maintenance, outages, upgrades and circumstances outside NZ SPHERE’s reasonable control may affect availability.
